Processing time

Most orders take about 3--5 business days to print, pack, and prepare for shipment. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping time (after shipment)

Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive about 5--7 days later depending on the carrier and time of year. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier routing.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package into their system.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your cart and shipping destination.

United States: $4.95+ per purchase
Worldwide: $9.95+ per purchase

Free shipping

Free U.S. standard shipping is available on orders of $50+ after discounts/coupons are applied. Eligibility is calculated at checkout.

Split shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on what you buy. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

International orders, duties & taxes

International customers may be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by their country. These fees are not controlled by NuKrypton and are typically not included in checkout shipping charges unless explicitly shown.

Incorrect addresses

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once production begins.
