What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. At this time, we can't accept cash, money orders, or checks. NuKrypton uses SSL encryption and PCI-compliant security so your payment info stays protected and is never stored.
What shipping options are available?
We offer free standard shipping for U.S. orders of $50+. The $50 minimum is calculated after discounts and coupons are applied.

*When will I receive my order?
Orders typically take about 3--5 business days to process and usually arrive 5--7 days after that for U.S. orders (depending on USPS and the time of year). When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number (check spam/promotions if you don't see it).
Need it faster? Expedited options may be available at checkout.
During times of high volume, please allow additional processing time.
Can I change my order?
If you need to change something, contact us as soon as possible at (516) 382-9738. We can usually make changes within 15 minutes of placing an order. After that, the order may already be in production/fulfillment and changes might not be possible
If it's too late to edit, returns/exchanges may still help depending on the item.
Personalized/custom items: changes may not be possible once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return any unwashed and unworn item for a refund less shipping charges within 90 days of purchase. To set up an exchange or return, please contact us for instructions.
Is it easy to return items? In the unlikely event you have to return an order, you'll be able to choose the shipping carrier that's more convenient for you.

Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return
Can I return a custom or personalized order? Because custom/personalized products are made specifically for you, they are final sale once production begins and can't be returned or exchanged after that point.
However: If we made an error in your personalization, or your item arrives damaged/defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll remake or replace it at no extra charge.
How soon will I get my refund? Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.
Our Products
Our shirts and hoodies may use different garment blanks depending on the product type. Material details are listed on each product page. As a general reference, many tees use ring-spun cotton blends and many hoodies use cotton/poly blends.
