Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.

Refunds (Eligible Items)

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return unwashed and unworn items for a refund less shipping charges within 90 days of purchase (see our Returns & Exchanges page for the full process).

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not refundable:

  • ❌ Items marked as clearance or final sale

  • ❌ Free gifts or promotional items with retail value

  • ❌ Items that are custom requested, monogramed or personalized (final sale once production begins)

  • ❌ Original shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error

Custom & Personalized Orders (Important)

Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, custom/personalized items are final sale once production begins and cannot be refunded after that point.

However: If we make an error in your custom design/personalization, or your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll remake or replace it at no extra charge.

Refund Timing

Once your returned items are inspected and approved, refunds are typically processed within 48 hours.
